Regulation 88 Powers to relax
Where the Authority is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these regulations in respect of any class or category of persons. (4) For employees joining during the year, the annual entitlement shall be restricted on pro-rata basis.
(5) The outdoor treatment shall be taken from the Authorised Medical Attendants or at authorised hospitals from the panel to be maintained by the Authority.
