Regulation 56 Not to address appeals, representations, petitions to outside authority or person
No employee shall address any appeal, representation or petition to any outside authority or person, in respect of a matter pertaining to the employee's service in the Authority. Addressing such appeals, representations or petitions shall be deemed to be a breach of discipline.
