Regulation 9 Closure of debates
(1) The Chairperson or the Member presiding over the meeting may move for the closure of the debate or any item of business discussed at a meeting when he considers that all members have had the opportunity to express their views on any business discussed at the meeting and the decision of the Chairperson or the Member presiding shall be final.
